Beautiful and for moderately long periods surprisingly good sounding. It glows pink in the dark and the speed control is from a sweet little 'hornet' box.
But you don't really want one, because the speed stability is a major P.I.T.A. We've measured it with a strobe: the DC motor is great at the beginning of a side, but running a little fast at the end. Or slower the next day. There are going to be some solutions to this (an old origin live system would do the trick) and we're working on them. But for the moment, get a syncro - they're bulletproof, and they have a lid...
