Was Michell's entry level turntable. We've got three. The Unipivot arm is gorgeously designed and uses a few drops of damping fluid. The others have either no or SME arms (a 3009, which is a little more expensive).
All focus 1s need good set up and positioning. And that suede mat may not be acoustically ideal. But they can sound pretty good. And they'd go well with a Cambridge P50...
